How does the gene-environment interaction influence personality?
It is correct to say that indeed gene-environment interaction influences personality since the individual genes together with the environment with which the person interacts with makes up a person’s personality. Environmental factors (nurture) and genetic factors (nature) together make up the term used. Most traits in human beings show gene-environment interactions. They include skin color, myopia, IQ test among others. In regard to iris color, we can observe that it is more of genetically transmitted while language is environmental.
Biological model is a term which is used in many different ways. Its meaning depends on the context in which it is used.
