Assignment 3 World Culture Preferences

             By knowing my work culture, I am able to know the most appropriate channels of communication. This is because of the ability that I have an understanding the ethical expectations as per my work results. I should be in a position to guarantee fairness when addressing people in the organization.  This will involve the correct use of language and choice of words. It is important for me to make sure that they are not intimidated in any way. Knowing my ideal work culture will also play a big role in determining the right channels of communication because I am able to use the well designed work place in addressing issues within the organization (Ellinor, 2010).This is important in making sure that issues are taken to an office with the right capability of solving them, and can be communicated to other ranks if need be.  Lastly by knowing my work culture, I can be able to communicate effectively of the processes that should be involved
