Assignment 5 Compensation and Benefits

In this paper, I shall discuss on different aspects in regard to compensation and benefits. I shall assume the role of a HR VP just like I did in the previous assignments. I shall discuss how well I can be able to approach different elements of labor relations, so that I can include them in my organizations, a factor that will make sure that the quality of healthcare is improved. I will also provide an outline of compensation practices that can also be included in this organization (Broderick, 2007). In this paper, I shall also provide guidelines on how the organization will successfully provide merit pay for the organization
